Spring Music Festival Soundtrack Dinner and Listening Party at the Staircase Theatre. The Spring Music Festival Soundtrack will be played during dinner from the hours of 5:00 PM until 8:00 P.M. Seventy Seven Night Club will play host to the official 'Kick-Ass Kick-off party' with the reunion of Junkhouse. The band's last full concert performance was nearly 5 years ago when they played new year's eve at Hamilton Place in. The band, along with special guests Adam's Rib are expecting a huge turn out for these local legends. Doors open at 9:00

Ideal Bistro kicks off 3 nights with the "Award-winning Blues Concert Series". The first night is kicked off with Juno-winner Michael Pickett

Saturday May 10th

Spring Music Conference

A Music Industry conference is scheduled for 12:00 - 5:00 PM at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Hamilton. Topics will include: Tour! Tour! Tour; The Producer's Panel; Unraveling the Mysteries of Radio, a ProTools Seminar by Long and McQuade; and The Management Panel, sponsored by the MMF.

Festival action continues with nearly 15 live music venues expecting to Showcase more than 50 bands, highlights include:

A Punk rock all ages afternoon matinee at Home Nite Club with local headliner's SOL Recording artist Jerry Can, along with performances from a variety of local bands.
