Y108 FM, Redpipe and the Rogers Spring Music Festival would like to congratulate Dean Lickyer on winning the festival's first ever Best of the Fest! More than 400 bands applied, 60 bands performed over three days and the fans have spoken. With more than 500 total votes cast in the competition, Dean Lickyer is the 2008 Best of the Fest!
